Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy or download a template from Useful Plays.

What you get

A digital download: spreadsheet files (.xlsx with a Google Sheets copy link), a Start-Here.pdf guide and a license file. Nothing physical is shipped.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Checkout and delivery are handled by Payhip, and Payhip's terms also apply to your purchase. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.

License

Personal use, or use in one business (yours). You may edit the files as much as you like for your own use. Please don't resell, share, give away or upload the files, or modified copies, as templates. The full terms are in License.txt inside each download.

No professional advice

The templates are record-keeping and calculation tools. They are not financial, tax, legal or accounting advice. Check important numbers yourself and ask a qualified professional about your situation.

Compatibility

Files are tested in Google Sheets and work in Excel 2010 or newer and Excel for the web. Look and feel may differ slightly between apps.

Refunds

Liability

The templates are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
