Privacy policy

This policy explains what Useful Plays collects when you visit this site or buy a template, and how it's used.

What we collect

• Order details. When you buy, checkout and file delivery are handled by Payhip, with payments processed by Payhip's payment partners (such as Stripe or PayPal). We receive your email address, name (if given), country, what you bought and the amount paid. We never see or store your full card details.
• Free downloads. The free calculator is delivered through Payhip, which asks for your email address. If you opt in, you may get occasional emails about new templates; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve and secure the site.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
• We don't sell or rent your personal information.

How we use it

To deliver your files, send download links and receipts, answer support requests, handle refunds, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.

Who processes it

Payhip (checkout, file delivery, receipts and free downloads), its payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal), and Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting rules. Download links are managed by Payhip.

Your rights
